Assignment
The primary objective was to revamp Inkration’s corporate website to present their services and offerings in a visually appealing and engaging way. The goal was to showcase the company’s expertise in game art, highlight their diverse portfolio, and create a smooth, user-friendly experience for potential clients seeking game art services.
Implementation Methods
Design Strategy and Wireframing: Conducted a design sprint to align with Inkration’s branding and understand the core elements that needed emphasis, such as service offerings and portfolio highlights. Created wireframes to map the user journey and ensure intuitive navigation. Visual Design and Branding: Developed a modern, visually striking design that reflects the high-quality art produced by Inkration. Used color schemes, typography, and layout choices that evoke creativity and align with industry trends in gaming.
Service Presentation: Structured the website to highlight each of Inkration’s services (character design, environment design, animation, UI design) with dedicated sections for each, including detailed descriptions, examples of past work, and testimonials from notable clients like Playtika. Portfolio Showcase: Designed an interactive portfolio section to display Inkration's best works. This section allows potential clients to explore case studies for various game genres, from social casino games to slot games, and showcases Inkration’s adaptability and skill across diverse styles.
Client Engagement and Lead Generation: Integrated contact forms and call-to-action elements throughout the site to facilitate lead generation, encouraging potential clients to reach out. Added testimonial sections and logos of notable partners to build trust and authority. Responsive and User-Friendly Design: Ensured the website is fully responsive across devices, maintaining visual quality and functionality on mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms to reach a wider audience effectively.
